WHAT IS THE EQUIPMENT PROTECTION PLAN & WHY DO I NEED IT ?
Rental Equipment Protection or (REP) is the coverage we provide our customers to reduce their risk. It is required for all Non-Account (Cash) Customers.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY?
Yes, we do!
Our trucks operate across Vancouver Island, daily with a vast scale of equipment safely and efficiently.
The cost of delivery will vary based on km’s travelled and type of equipment being transported. Contact one of our sales reps who will gladly provide you with a quote.
WHY RENT?
By renting, you have access to the right equipment for the job at hand. Renting means no maintenance costs. You don’t have to worry about breakdowns. Renting gives you more variety in the types of jobs you can tackle, or for those occasional needs.
IS A DEPOSIT REQUIRED?
If you have a commercial account with Coast To Coast, then payment is required Net 10 days after invoice. If you are renting on Cash Terms, then payment is required prior to the rental. Some items do require a fuel deposit in addition to the rental amount.
HOW DOES COAST TO COAST MANAGE OVERTIME BILLING?
Overtime occurs when more machine hours are put onto a piece of equipment than our rental rates allow. If this takes place, then the overtime hours will be prorated.
